I'm calling to give a compliment to the staff at ManorCare Greentree. Kenneth is a patient there on the MedBridge wing. He has received great care from the nurses on all three shifts, as well as from the CNAs on all three shifts. The kitchen is very clean, and the food is very nicely served. Kudos to Nathan. He was assisting our family in trying to get medical assistance for long-term care for Kenneth. Also, kudos to Heather in Admissions who was very polite and very professional. We have been very pleased with the service, concern and compassion.

I was a patient for five days at ManorCare Greentree, and during my stay, I was taken care of very well. Everyone treated me very nice, and I wanted to let someone know I appreciate the care that was given to me. Brian and his management team were very nice and got me what I needed.

ManorCare Greentree is wonderful, and the staff was great. PT and OT were very good and helped me a lot. Sandy, the social worker was very good. The aides and nurses were great. I would recommend the facility to anyone. I’ve been in a few facilities, but this one was by far the best.
