ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation centers have been recognized as recipients of the 2022 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The award is the second of three distinctions possible through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, which recognizes providers across the nation that have demonstrated improved quality outcomes for staff, residents and individuals with disabilities in long term and post-acute care.
We are happy to announce the following centers who have earned the 2022 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award:
- ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation (Delray, FL)
- ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation (Twinsburg, OH)
Silver – Achievement in Quality Award applicants continue to learn and develop effective approaches that help improve performance and health care outcomes. The Silver criteria, based on the Baldridge Excellence Framework, provide applicants with a thorough assessment of how their organization works, its effectiveness, and tools for improvement in their approaches. As a 2022 recipient of the Silver award, they can now advance in further developing comprehensive approaches that meet the criteria required for the Gold – Excellence in Quality Award.
Congratulations to our centers on their achievements to receive this award!
