My mother, Jean, is a patient at ManorCare West Palm Beach. My mother's manner and speed of care is superb. Everyone is smiling, singing and laughing. I have not experienced anyone kinder or more compassionate than the staff at ManorCare.

This is a note of thanks to each of you that played a part in the care of my husband while he was receiving rehabilitation. It was indeed a great pleasure to be surrounded by so many caring and wonderful people on this staff. Our sincerest gratitude and thanks to each of you for the service that you rendered in all capacities, from head nursing to physical therapy to housekeeping. No one likes to be in this type of a situation, but sometimes things happen beyond our control, so we must take things as they come. People like you make it much easier to cope with.

The physical therapists were great, the nurses were wonderful. A special thanks to the afternoon staff – Ned, Ivory and Nadia. I could go on and on. I truly believe God put each of you in place to take care of my husband in his time of need. You’re all special angels, and you will be blessed for the kindness you’ve shown. Continue to do what you do! It takes special people to care for others.

I am the daughter-in-law of Gussie. I cannot give the nurses on dayshift who work with Gussie enough praise. These employees are excellent and have love and compassion for what they do. Not only do I watch how Gussie is treated and taken care of, I also watch how the employees take care of the other patients. Special compliments go out to Lakeisha (nurse) and Margarite (Aide). Lakeisha and Margarite are wonderful with their patients. They treat the patients like they are family. They have so much love in them and deserve to be praised. These two do an outstanding job and are truly the perfect diamonds when it comes down to taking care of the patients.

My name is Ilene, and I’m calling from ManorCare - West Palm Beach. I’m just calling today with a compliment. From the morning shift to the night shift, everyone is just super. I’ve been in a lot of nursing homes, and by far this is the best; none of the others could compare. The nurses, aides and housekeeping, everyone is so nice, cooperative and gentle. I wanted to thank them from the bottom of my heart. From the top to the bottom, they are all so wonderful. I’m going home today, and I just wanted to let you know how great it is here.
