This is Richard in York, Pa., and I just wanted to compliment ManorCare York North. My wife was a patient there from October 24, 2015 to January 11, 2016. She received excellent nursing care. The facility staff is outstanding. The therapy department and management staff, such as Eric, are so fine. The nursing staff and CNAs, housekeeping staff and dietary staff do everything they can to help. Therapy is outstanding. They are so gentle yet stern. If I’m tired, the therapy staff will say, "Let’s try." Therapy helped me to see the light. When I press my call light, someone is right there to help. Devin is to be complimented. I would like to extend a thank you to everyone at the York North facility. I really appreciate all the help and the care that has been given to me.
