Girl Scouts Bring Holiday Cheer to ManorCare Health Services – Barberton
Since the onset of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Girl Scouts troop leader, Sara, has been in contact with the team at ManorCare Health Services – Barberton (OH) to see how the troops could support the patients, residents and staff. The Girl Scouts have sent videos, cards, photos and crafts for the past couple of months and recently paid an outdoor visit to ManorCare – Barberton to spread some holiday cheer! Three troops from Norton, OH braved the cold weather and decorated the windows with holiday scenes. They also did a window visit with one of the residents who enjoyed watching them decorate her window. This act of kindness helped to brighten everyone’s day!
