I want to make a positive comment on my experience at ManorCare Hemet. I have had excellent care. Amy, the Head Nurse, was wonderful and on time, and she did her job with care. LaTrinda and Lauren, CNAs, were excellent and met my every need with a smile on their faces and the best attitudes. Also, Anthony, CNA, was excellent. I had a happy stay. OT changed my life.

I am a patient at ManorCare in Hemet. Every service I have received – the therapy, nursing and the food – has been fantastic. Everyone who walks in my room always wears a smile. This is the perfect place for me.

I am calling to say how well I was treated while a patient at ManorCare Health Services in Hemet. I especially want to commend Roxanne, Vicki and Anthony. All my questions were answered, and my therapists were wonderful.

I recently had knee replacement surgery and wanted to commend the staff at ManorCare in Hemet, California. I am a caregiver, and this time I’m on the other side. I’m not used to receiving such care, and I am extremely pleased. During some difficult situations, I was shown patience and kindness. I want to highly recognize Juanita, Jackie (who works nights) and Sonya (who also works nights). I am not used to such thoughtful care. The therapy was also great. When my doctor checked my knee yesterday, he told me that it looks perfect and that I’m ahead of schedule for my recovery. I plan to have surgery on my other knee in the near future and will be coming back to ManorCare.
