Medicare

Medicare is a health insurance program for people 65 or older or people under 65 with certain disabilities or end-stage renal disease. Medicare doesn't cover all expenses and is not designed to pay for long-term custodial care, so it’s important to understand the program.

Medicare Advantage

Medicare Advantage plans offer traditional Medicare coverage along with additional services for preventative and early detection care. These plans provide coordinated care, combine all of the policies into one package and may have less expensive premiums than traditional coverage.

Medicaid

The Medicaid program provides medical benefits to low-income people who have no medical insurance or inadequate medical insurance. The federal government establishes the general guidelines for the program, but each state establishes the program’s requirements including eligibility. You can find out more about state information, or if an individual center is Medicaid certified, through our admissions office or by visiting medicaid.gov.

Managed Care And Insurance

Our center accepts most managed care or insurance plans for post-hospital care. We also work with auto insurance and workers' compensation claims. Our admissions team or case manager can help verify your provider benefits and explain your coverage. Our case managers are the liaison between the patient and insurance company to help coordinate health care needs.

Private Payment

For those patients who choose to make our center their home and do not qualify for Medicaid or other benefits, we accept private payment. Our admissions team can provide more information about our services and rate structure.

Admissions Policy

Our services are available to patients as prescribed by the physician or outlined in the care plan. When making the admission decision, we will admit and treat all persons without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, age, handicap, marital status or sexual preference. Each admission will be considered on an individual basis to determine whether the facility can meet the patient’s needs without jeopardizing the safety of other patients.
